2018 In-House Softball Registration

Welcome to the 2018 In-House Softball Registration!

This registration session will allow you to register for IN-HOUSE Softball through April 22, 2018. 

Complete the contact information, sign the consents, and submit payment to get a confirmation receipt. To complete registration payment through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account.

Volunteers for 2018

HYAA is a volunteer organization and needs your help with many tasks.  Your time and talent is important to the success of your child's team and growth of this program. In-House Softball especially needs Coaches, Assistanct Coaches, and help coach.

Parents/Guardians are required to volunteer time for each child for each sport, up to 2 players per family.    If your schedule does not allow extra time to volunteer we have a buyout option during the registration process.  If you able to volunteer, we appreciate your commitment.

DIBS opportunities will be posted and tracked under the DIBS tab, additional tasks will be added throughout the season as they become available.

  • Checks will be collected at the team meeting or specified time to cover time requirements, checks payable to HYAA.  Checks will be held by the association until August 20 and then voided/shred.  If you have not completed your volunteer hours by that time your check will be cashed.
  • Traveling Softball & Traveling Baseball is $200 per player, for 6 hours
  • In-House Softball is $50 per player, for 2 hours
  • Volunteer options are listed when registering, however if you are not selected or not able to fulfill that role you will be expected to fill your volunteer time with other tasks like tryout helpers, field maintenance, tournaments, etc. For example: traveling softball and baseball are hosting tournaments and everyone will be expected to help. 
  • If you not able to volunteer time to your child's team or to our organization you can select the non-volunteer and pay the buyout fee of $200 for Traveling Softball and Traveling Baseball and $50 for In-House Softball.

Registration fees help cover the sports growing costs and a Program fee is included to offset the program expenses.  Each year HYAA projects the expenses and income to administer the program and each sport. This Program fee is instead of deal card cost from previous years.  NO Deal Card fundraiser again this season.

Program fee is $30 for Traveling Softball and Baseball.

Program fee is $15 for In-House Softball.

The sport budgets for Traveling Softball and Traveling Baseball include the registration fee, tournament income and expenses such as: equipment, uniforms, tournaments, umpires, chalking, and other fees directly related to that sport.

The program budget expenses are offset by the fundraising income and the expenses to administer the program such as: registration, marketing, website, banking/credit card processing, accounting, financial assistance/waived fees, insurance, medical supplies, umpire equipment, training, field and facilities maintenance. 

The program income this year will includes the Program fees, Volunteer buyouts and tournaments along with additional fundraisers.

Uniforms Shirts

Uniforms shirts for In-House Softball will be provided with the cost of registration.  Please carefully select the correct size during this registration process.
